TALENT LAB is proud to offer two options for participation in our dance companies. It is open to both intermediate and advanced dancers who desire to take their dance technique and artistic development to the next level. By providing dancers with the very best technical training and varied stage experiences within a company environment, members will learn valuable life lessons such as teamwork, leadership, work ethic, commitment and responsibility all while discovering and developing their individual artistic talents. JUNIOR CORE PERFORMANCE TEAM

AGES 7 -11

TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE TAUGHT DANCES FOR VARIOUS PERFORMANCES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS including our winter showcase, our spring production, and our end of the year showcase.

DANCERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE 1 BALLET CLASS, 1 JAZZ TECHNIQUE CLASS, 1 HIPHOP CLASS, and their 1 hour rehearsal CLASS. 

 

TEEN C.O.R.E. PERFORMANCE/

COMPETITION TEAM

AGES 12-18

OUR TEEN PERFORMANCE TEAM MEMBERS WILL FOCUS ON INTENSIVE TRAINING AND WILL BE GIVEN VARIOUS PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON. They will participate in our winter showcase, spring production and end of the year performance showcase. Dancers will also attend 2 competitions, one of which will be a convention/competition.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS FOR THE YEAR ARE: 2 BALLET classes, 1 JAZZ technique, 1 hiphop class, 1 CONTEMPORARY class AND THEIR PERFORMANCE CLASS. to insure a well rounded dance education, we highly recommend taking a Lyrical. 

 

JUNIOR/TEEN/SENIOR ELITE DANCE CO.

AGES 9-18

COMPANY MEMBERS MUST BE TECHNICALLY ADVANCED AND HAVE HAD AT MINIMUM, 2-3 YEARS OF INTENSIVE DANCE TRAINING, POSSESS A STRONG BALLET FOUNDATION AND HAVE PREVIOUS COMPETITION OR PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE. MEMBERS WILL PARTICIPATE IN OUR winter concert, SPRING PRODUCTION, AND END OF THE YEAR performance showcase.

dancers at thIS elite level will BE EXPECTED TO attend 3 competitions 2 of which will be convention/competitions and IF CHOSEN, must BE AVAILABLE TO REPRESENT TALENT LAB AT a national competition EACH SEASON.

DANCERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A MINIMUM OF 2-3 hours of ballet, 1 jazz TECHNIQUE CLASS, 1 AERIAL OR conditioning class, 1 contemporary CLASS and THEIR COMPANY rehearsal class.
